The Guinea Bissau chapter represents the West Africa Drug Policy Network (WADPN) and champions its drug policy reforms and advocacy-related programmes at the regional level with support from the WADPN secretariat located in Ghana, Accra, and its partners. At WADPN, we believe in evidence-based drug policy that is grounded on public health and human rights, so do the chapters.
